Duties involved talking to existing businesses, identifying potential expansion opportunities within companies, arranging meetings with advisors, benchmarking businesses, identifying eligibility for possible funding, general assistance.

*Interflora - Customer Service Agent. Working in customer services, it was both an inbound and outbound call centre. Duties included receiving calls or calling customers and florists, arranging deliveries, taking/amending orders, dealing with customer queries and/or complaints.

Dongjak ECC - English Instructor.
Working here as a full time English teacher. I worked with both Kindergarten and Elementary school kids. For Kindergarten, together with my Korean co-teacher, I was responsible for delivering the set curriculum to two classes. I also taught Elementary classes, again delivering a set curriculum to Elementary kids in the schools afternoon program. Duties involved administering and marking tests, writing evaluation reports, attending parents evenings as well as helping with performances hosted by the school.

Nanhyang Elementary School English Instructor.
Working at this school as a full time English teacher. I was the only foreign teacher in the school and was solely responsible for the whole afternoon English program. Students would come to my arranged classes when school hours were completed each day. I ran six 50 minute classes each day for the elementary students in grades 1-6. This was a very challenging job with which I was under constant pressure from my company to retain our current student population as well as advertise and sell our program to additional students and parents within the school. To do this, I needed to meet parents and deal with various issues they might have on a daily basis, it was also important for me to organise, prepare for and administer 'open classes' for prospective parents to come and watch.

EWAS Kindergarten School English Instructor.
Working here as a full time English teacher. Working with both Kindergarten and Elementary students up to 6th graders. I was responsible for my own class of Kindergarten students where I was required to deliver the curriculum set. I had to make my own lesson plans and bring my own ideas to the classroom for morning and afternoon classes. I was also required to write and make workbooks for kids of all abilities, write progress reports, arrange, prepare for and deliver open classes for existing parents and write and develop scripts, plays and skits for out of school functions such as graduation and end of year performances.

Kids College English Instructor. Teaching here both Kindergarten and Elementary students. I was responsible for my own class of Kindergarten and three classes of Elementary. I was also required to plan and complete lesson plans, monthly tests, report cards and help develop curriculum ideas and activities.
