Ä¿¹ö·¹ÅÍ/À̷¼ 25 March 2012 ESL Agent Position: Teaching English in Korea Dear to whomever it may concern, I am a recent college graduate that has had a passion for wanting to teach English in Korea for some time now. Through constant research, I happened to fall upon your company while browsing through the Internet. I have the patience and understanding of the Korean people through my experiences at my University Biola, located in La Mirada, CA that will greatly help in teaching English to those in Korea who have a heart for learning. I have what it takes to be an excellent English teacher in South Korea. During my University years, I have had experience in the ESL classroom, such as being a Discussion TA by helping the native Koreans with their English language skills and eye-contact, which was a paid position. In addition, I also volunteered my time as a conversation partner since my freshmen year at my University for mostly international Korean students; another of these students was Japanese. I did this for a couple of hours a week with several different international students, as well as a couple hours a week in my Discussion TA position. Having a B.A. in Intercultural Studies also compliments my various interests and helped me relate with the International Koreans. I have a heart and passion for the Korean people, language and culture and would be more than thrilled if you consider me in an English teaching position. I would also love to have an interview as soon as possible so I can tell more about my experiences working with International Koreans and my various other experiences living abroad. Sincerely, Leanne E. Springer 2400 Loma Vista Street, Pasadena, CA 91104, USA
