After coming to Korea to gain teaching, and life experience, I found that i enjoyed the job, the culture, and the people I met very much. Teaching Korean students was fun and rewarding. The job gave me a sense of positive purpose and well-being. I like the fact that Korean people look at one another as a big family. There is very little crime, and children are safe walking the streets. I also like the fact that younger people still look up to, and respect their parents, teachers, and elders. I made some great friends, both Korean and Western. In short, I was very happy in Korea and it is where I would like to be. |
