I recently graduated in May 2010 and have been looking for a new life adventure. Recently I've been learning more and more about the special opportunities involved with teaching english elsewhere in the world. Korea would be a great fit for me and I would feel absolutly honored to be involved in this organization. I have always been a hard worker, and have a passion for education. This is a wonderful way to help others while also learning about a new culture.
My goal is to teach english to the people of Korea, not only for their education, but also for my own. I feel working with other people in a different country would open my eyes to their lifestyle and help me learn more about myself. I would like to work in a private school , preferably teaching younger students. I would be more than willing to work with any age but I truely enjoy being around children. My girlfriend Autumn Santiago is also applying and we would really love to work for the same school and share an apartment. We are both very positive people and enjoy working with and meeting people.
I included a resume to show my work and educational history, but would also like to share some things about myself as well. I have always been a person who is motivated to learn about the world and what it has to offer. One of my passions has always been travelling and long to do much more. Growing up in Colorado has also given me a love for outdoor activities such as snowboarding, hockey, mountain biking and hiking. My family has always been a very big part of my life and they are nothing but supportive of my endevours. My mother is a Middle Eastern, Hula, and Flamenco dance teacher and my father is a professional gem and mineral cutter. So growing up with them has helped interest me in many cultures.
I would love the opportunity to work with this organization and learn about teaching placement. I am available for contact through email and telephone number, and am looking forward to hearing your feedback.n Thank you for your time and consideration.
Your Friend, Alexander Wackler
