I am considered to be a very worldy person as a result of my own travels, and the cross-cultural relationships that I have maintained. My experience in the English Language Institute at my university strengthened my cultural and religious sensativity to others and how best to communicate with them. I have found that these relationships frequently entered a level of strong mutual trust. I know that, in teaching field, company seeks to improve strong relationships between employee and client. My experience at Texas A&M University has demonstrated my facility with that skill to be extended in countries other than my own. I have helped many into a smooth transition into life in United States due to my openmindedness and ability to adapt to any given situation.
My degree in architecture (with an international focus) has taught me much about the past and present social and economical situations of the countries that my students were in. I feel that this is essential for understanding evolving trends worldwide. My study and my experiences help me assume a “big picture” point of view in any situation so as to see potential repercussions for any event. In addition, I have valuable research skills encompassing a variety of reference tools that can be utilized in the field.
