EDUCATION: After working for a few years after high school to save money for college, I: Attended Broome Community College from 2005 to 2007, and transferred to BU. Graduated from Binghamton University in 2010 with a BA in English Literature with a grade point average of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale. Attending private Korean lessons; first year college student equivalent. EMPLOYMENT: Worked for Southern Tier Celebrates for 5 years as a member of their Tech Crew. My responsibilities were many: I worked mainly as a sound and light technician, setting up stages for plays and bands for large festivals and benefits, as well as small concerts and public speaking events. I had the opportunity to work with children at STC, making arts and crafts and carrying puppets down main street during our annual New Year's Eve event First Night Binghamton. However, this last year STC had their government funding cut, and now it has been dissolved. Last winter we celebrated, unknowingly, STC's last First Night. References for my time at STC can be provided upon request. |
