Hello,
My name is Philip Pedersen and I'm an experienced and certified native English instructor from New Zealand. I have been teaching ESL in South Korea for nearly six years and have a current F-2 visa. I'm now living in Ansan with my wife and baby daughter, and teaching in an after hours program at an elementary school, where my contract expires at the end of this month.
My time spent in Korea has been very rewarding, and I have every wish to stay here, particularly since my wife is Korean and I now have a family here. My teaching experience here while, fulfilling has also been challenging and given me valuable insights as to how Korean students should be taught if they are to become proficient English speakers, which I feel would make me an asset to any institute. I am hardworking, dependable and passionate about the subject I am teaching. I will do whatever necessary to provide a great learning environment for my students. Please see my resume attached.
