To Whom It May Concern:
I am inquiring about teaching positions with ESL Agents. I believe that my undergraduate studies in English and in Education, my graduate studies, as well as my teaching and tutoring experience will allow me to enhance the learning of the students.
I have a teaching license from the state of North Carolina (USA). I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a BA in English with a concentration in Professional and Creative Writing as well as Teacher Certification from the School of Education. I am currently working on my MEd in Language and Literacy.
I am currently teaching at Daehyun Elementary School in Gangnam-gu South Korea. In Korea I¡¯ve been chosen to teach English classes for teachers of Gangnam-gu. I have taught middle and high school level for over five years in the United States. I also have worked with college level students as an academic advisor and as a men¡¯s and women's soccer coach.
I am confident that my teaching experiences as well as my educational background make me a qualified potential educator for your institution.
Sincerely,
Melvin Dixon
