I was offered the job with one month planning and one month teaching to native Korean teachers. However, after a week, I was promoted to be the coordinator of the team. We have just completed the first phase successfully on (December 29, 2009), and was accepted by the president of the English Village.

As the owner of an after school center, I managed 8 employees. Negotiate with landlords for the expansion of the center. Purchasing new existing centers for expansion. Controlled spending, researched and developed innovative marketing and sales strategies. Interviewed and hired new employees. Interacted and constructed long term relationship with clients and tutors and occasional tutoring in math and science. I sold this business for only 40,000 dollars because my Vietnamese father was sick.
