At this school I taught around 200 children ranging from 6-14 years old. I taught reading, writing, speaking and listening skills which required me to have good management of the children, especially with the younger classes. I created time tables for some classes and chose some of the books to use and planned lessons. Teaching the older children required me to have a good knowledge of grammar and explain topics effectively and clearly using examples and exercises to allow the students to practice and test their knowledge.

I am a hardworking 23 year old who is currently living in South Korea. I have worked for 2 years in an English academy teaching children TEFL from 4-16 years of age. I have worked with text books and planned my own lessons in a range of English levels. I really enjoy teaching children because it is exciting, fun and every day is different. Making learning a fun and memorable experience for children is really important to me. I had a lot of experience working with children of all ages in England babysitting and teaching but I particularly enjoy teaching TEFL students. I would like to carry on expanding my experience in Korea.
I have a BA degree in Education from the University of Sheffield Hallam in Great Britain. I will also soon have a TESOL qualification. I am currently finishing my contract in Suwon and will be finished mid February. After a short break I would like to start a new contract at the start of March 2010.
