Donjak Wonderland English Institute
I worked as an English teacher at the Donjak Wonderland English Institute from May of 2008 until April of 2009. Donjak Wonderland is located in Seoul, South Korea. I taught children the English language, as well as other subjects such as Art, Math and Science. In the mornings the children I taught children between 6 and 8 years old, and in the afternoon I taught elementary school children ages 10-12 years old.
• Gained valuable classroom experience teaching children from a variety of age groups.
• Gained experience building a curriculum and developing teaching materials.
Big Mouth English Conversation Club at the Korean National Open University (KNOU)
I was an English instructor at Big Mouth English Club at KNOU for 6 months. The Korean National Open University is for University graduates who wish to augment their skills in areas of language and arts. The Big Mouth English Conversation Club meets bi-weekly for 90 minute sessions of English instruction and group discussion of current events. I was responsible for practical English instruction, level testing, as well as curriculum and lesson planning.
• Gained valuable classroom experience teaching adults, and leading classroom discussion groups.
• Gained experience building curriculums for adult students and students at an advanced English level.

Thank you for taking the time to review my resume. I have been teaching English language courses for a little over one year. I have taught a wide range of students, from elementary to adults. I lived in Seoul South Korea, and I really enjoyed the experience of teaching English.
