I am a TEFL certified teacher who has eight years of teaching experience. I have four years of experience at the college and university level, and I have also worked in a wide range of schools (private academies and internationally franchised schools) and at winter and summer camps in South Korea, Japan and Vietnam. I have experience teaching students of all levels and ages, various class sizes and English for specific purposes (including TOEIC, TEPS and Business English).
I have a passion for teaching and for helping EFL students overcome their fears and insecurities. I really enjoy teaching and I know I would bring a lot to your school. I have always gotten along very well with my fellow teachers and staff members. I feel very comfortable working within an established curriculum, or if need be, designing my own. I do have a lot of experience in curriculum development.
Presently, I am teaching near Seoul in the “Intensive English” program at Sangmyung University. This short term course runs through early December, at which point I will be available.
