In addition to my college degree, I have a certification from the Tennessee Foreign Language Institute in a 135-hour TESL class that includes practical teaching experience. My class was a group of adult African refugees from Somali, Sudan, Egypt, and Ethiopia that I taught for two weeks. |

To Whom It May Concern,
I am interested in a position with your company. I have recently completed a TESL course, and I¡¯m eagerly awaiting my chance to move to Korea to begin teaching. I received an A- in a 135-hour intensive course that included practical teaching. I have spent the last weeks researching Korean life and customs and talking to several other teachers about their life overseas, and I am looking forward to my experience there.
I have assembled the documents needed for the visa process; I have three sealed transcripts from my undergraduate degree, two background checks certified by Apostille, my original college diploma, my passport, my TESL certificate, and my traveling money. Once I have an offer, I can easily make the trip to the consulate in Atlanta for my personal interview. I am not currently under a lease, as I am staying with my family until I can move to Korea, so I can leave at any time when I have a contract.
I look forward to talking to you. I currently work for a restaurant so my hours are somewhat irregular, but in general I can be reached by phone between 2:00 and 3:00 pm or through the morning and early afternoon Mondays, Korean Standard time. If another time would be more convenient for you, please send me an email and I will work something out.
Thank you,
Dory Vinett
