Dear Sir,
I am writing to apply for a job as an English Language teacher in South Korea.
I have recently completed a 40 hour on-line TEFL / TESOL training course and a 20 hour intensive weekend course with i-to-I and am keen to put to use the skills that I have acquired during these courses. The courses covered a range of teaching areas including:
• Grammar Awareness and Teaching Grammar
• Classroom Management
• How to teach Vocabulary
• Teaching Speaking skills
• Teaching Listening skills
• Learner language levels
I am keen to teach a range of different ages and levels over the next few years.
As you will see from my resume I have done 150 hours of volunteer work as a Teaching Assistant at the Hull Ethnic Minorities Community Centre. I have enclosed my resume.
I look forward to hearing from you and the opportunity to discuss the possibility of a teaching post further.
Yours sincerely
Richard Crossley
