Mar 2007- July 2008: JungChul, Yeongdeungpo, Seoul.
I worked at JungChul for 15 months. I taught elementary school kids mainly. I made lesson plans and tests, wrote reports, and planned courses.
Oct 2006- Jan 2007: St. Mary’s High School, Carlow town, Ireland.
I was a substitute teacher at this high school for four months. I taught English and Science to students preparing for their school leaving exams.
June 2005- Aug 2006: Herald School, Gwonseon-dong, Suwon.
I worked for 14 months at this school as a language instructor. I taught students whose ages ranged from kindergarten to middle school. My duties included selecting course material, making tests and writing reports.

I was a lab demonstrator for 1st year biology lab sessions where I instructed students in the use of lab equipment and helped them with experiments.

I am an experienced native English speaker from Ireland. I am looking for a position in Busan. In particular, I would like to find a school in Haeundae-gu or nearby. I would also prefer not to teach kindergarten classes. I can start as early as March 1st. My visa documents are ready.
From my attached resume you can see that I have a bachelor's degree
from the National University of Ireland and that I have extensive
teaching experience. I taught at JungChul in Yeongdeungpo in Seoul for 15 months. I spent 14 months teaching at Herald School in
Suwon. There I taught from kindergarten up to high school. I have also completed 4 months teaching at St. Mary's High School in Carlow,
Ireland. Here I was a substitute teacher of English and Science.
My main strengths in relation to the job are my experience, adaptability,
willingness to learn, and patience. I also understand that
communication is the key to being a good teacher and staff member. |
