I am a hardworking and committed student who has successfully earned a Bachelors of Science with a degree in Biology at the University of Oregon. I am independently motivated and consistently driven to complete any task successfully. In addition, I am fit to work in a team setting as well as on my own due to past experiences and leadership qualities. As an eager, outgoing, and positive graduate, I am constantly looking for ways to push my boundaries that will broaden both my cultural and worldly perspective. I adapt quickly to new environments and highly enjoy different experiences and creating new relations with others. As an aspiring dentist, I wish to take invaluable time to be active in a relatable field of teaching English in the Republic of Korea to further my personal character growth.
In addition, I have always loved working with children and am constantly enthusiastic about sharing my knowledge with others. I have volunteered as a tutor at Edison Elementary, which is a local school near my University. I was also a biology peer tutor/lab assistant and learned how to communicate with students in a way that was easy to understand. Ultimately, I hope to become an influential, encouraging, and supportive role model in the lives of Korean students who will essentially be the forefront members of the next generation.
