All throughout the course of my higher education I was active in the international community at my college and around my city. During my first two years at university I worked as a tutor for high school refugees and in my third year traveled to Honduras for a mission trip, specifically working with the children and their studies. After finishing school I worked for one year as a substitute teacher in a New York State public school, working with ages 5-18 and all subjects. This past year I have enjoyed working in Ulsan, Korea as a native English teacher for a mostly middle school hagwon. |
