I have Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of Alberta. I was granted the degree in the spring of 2008 with first class honors standing.
I have teaching experience with small children by virtue of my work and volunteer experience. In the summer of 2007 I worked as an instructor at my University\\\\\\\'s summer camp, instructing children in various track and field disciplines. As a volunteer at the City of Edmonton\\\\\\\'s annual Works Art and Design Festival, I have instructed children in the creation of arts and crafts. |

This letter is intended to indicate my interest in the position of Foreign English Teacher in the Korean education system. I believe that my academic credentials work experience make me the ideal candidate for such a position.
Having recently completed an honors degree in political science at the University of Alberta, I possess the communications, teamwork, and English language skills needed to be an English Instructor. I possess the ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written formats, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail in the use of the English language. The organizational abilities, work ethic, teamwork and multi-tasking skills that I have gained as both a full-time honors student and a member of the University of Alberta’s Track and Field Team make me a valuable asset to any organization that demands competence, diligence and cooperation from its team members.
