With my outgoing personality, strong character, hard working background and my recently completed education make me a strong candidate for a position as an English language teacher with any school or academy in South Korea.
I recently graduated from the City University of New York’s Hunter College with a degree in English Language Arts with a cumulative G.P.A of 3.4. in preparation of teaching English to students in Korea I have partaken in personally tutoring a handful of Korean ESL students who attended Hunter with me; therefore I can honestly state that I am aware of the challenges and difficulties facing Korean ESL students.
I have the maturity, skills and abilities necessary to embark to your fine nation to teach those eager students of the English language there with great determination and will.
My experience working as a proofreader and editor for my local community’s newspaper was a superb source of knowledge in enhancing my reach and understanding of the English language. Those very same skills were also enhanced when stationed in the News department of New York’s ABC-TV local affiliate as an intern.
