I believe that my good teachers training ((BEd and TEFL), creativity, organized, diligent work habits, business background, love for the word and stories would be of benefit to any school and the honor of your company. I am currently residing in South Korea. My contract ends end Feb. 2009 and I want a new position 1st March in Daejeon, Busan area or where-ever there is a suitable position.again.
My hearts desire is to be in adult education, preferably in a business environment. I would prefer to stay in Daejeon. Alternatively, I want to be closer to the sea, preferably in the bigger cities like Busan, Masan, Ulsan or that coastline, since I am a keen swimmer. I speak with a British accent and it is too trying for me in the rural areas when people have poor English skills anyway. I will go to any bigger city or place for the right job and salary.
I have 5 years preschool experience in SA, 2 years ESL in Korea at high school, elementary school and preschool age. I am comfortable with all the ages, but would also enjoy teaching adults at beginners to more advanced levels. At a good private school I will teach any age. I do not mind creating lessons, if there is no structured curriculum, since I find it a challenge to adapt work to the level of the students. Writing or adapting a curriculum for a school or in a government position will be very stimulating. If it is a Public school, only Elementary school will be considered.
I currently earn W250000 and would like to equal it if possible. I will not consider less then W2,3.
I have a sealed transcript ready as well as all my original documents, passport and only need to receive a new criminal record when, since the old one will lapse 6 th March 2009. I can provide the original application for a new criminal record.
I hope to have some positive feedback from you soon. I would like you to send me a condensed selection when something crops up that looks like it would suit my profile. Please do not send me loads, because I will not be able to handle them. No morning and evening split shifts for more than 4 days a week if possible.
