Personal Profile
Dedicated and personable individual with wide ranging experience in many fields within a small to medium sized company. I am articulate and able to communicate with colleagues, students and customers, potential and existing alike. I consider myself conscientious, industrious and self motivated, I am accustomed to working both individually using my own initiative and as part of a team with the capability of motivating others, I am also a determined individual with a high level of energy and commitment to achieving the desired results.
Experience
I have 2years of experience in sales, customer relations, marketing, personnel planning, logistical organisation and administration for a local company, I was the Logistics and Quotation officer from 2005 until 2007. I was responsible for procuring business for the company and providing a high quality service to the customers in a demanding and pressurised environment. I had direct contact with customers, suppliers and other companies and was also accountable for sales and marketing, logistical planning, customer satisfaction, service and personal results.
During my stay in Japan, I worked as an English Teacher for 6 months at a private language school. I developed a great rapport with my students and other members of staff, other foreigners and Japanese staff alike.
Achievements
1. Increased the sales ratio from 33% - 42% of tenders.
2. Increased turnover by 10%.
3. Reduced material loss by implementing a return policy
